Características Es un queso salado y prensado, hecho con leche entera de vaca de las razas Frisona, Menorquina o Mahonesa y/o Parda Alpina, admitiéndose en ocasiones la adición de leche de oveja de raza Menorquina, en un porcentaje en todo caso inferior al 5 %.
