Introducción Se obtienen por deshidratación parcial de las sales amónicas del ácido orgánico correspondiente, o bien tratando los cloruros del ácido con el amoníaco. Tratando las amidas con halógeno en medio alcalino se transforman en aminas (reacción de Hofmann).
